CodeFixture is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679).

Data We Collect

We collect personal data only through the voluntary contact form. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. The website uses no third-party services that collect your data.

Contact Form

  • Data collected: full name, email address, company name (optional), subject, message.
  • Purpose: responding to your request or inquiry.
  • Legal basis: your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox.
  • Retention: your data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the date of your last contact, then permanently deleted.
  • Transfers: data is stored on OVHcloud servers located in the European Union. No transfers outside the EU.
  • Sharing: your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Local Storage

The only data stored in your browser is your language preference, saved in localStorage under the key sca-lang, and your cookie-banner acknowledgement under sca-cookie-ok. This is not personal data, it never leaves your browser, and it is not transmitted to any server.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, portability of your data, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@codefixture.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Supervisory Authority

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés): www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the EU.
